About This Site

Still Loud, Now Clear isn’t just the title of a book — it’s the pulse of everything you’ll find here.

This site is home to my weekly blog, where I share real stories from the front lines of sobriety: the quiet wins, the loud thoughts, the awkward breakthroughs, and the soundtrack that’s played through it all. These posts aren’t about preaching or pretending. They’re about presence.

The book — coming March 10, 2026 — is built on the same heartbeat. It’s not a guide, a manual, or a scare-you-straight playbook. It’s a mixtape of moments: raw, honest, sometimes funny, often gutting. A tracklist of what it’s really like to get sober and stay that way — especially when the world keeps turning up the noise.

Each post here is part of that bigger Setlist. Some are warm-ups. Some are deep cuts. But all of them are mine — and maybe, if you’re here, they’re a little bit yours too.

Sobriety didn’t make me quiet.

It made me clear.
