Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jeremy Stein — a husband, dad, podcaster, music lover, Disney nerd… and a guy who got sober after far too many “last drinks.”

On March 10, 2024, I decided to stop numbing and start living — not perfectly, but honestly. Still Loud, Now Clear is my story of stumbling into clarity, one awkward day at a time, in preparation for my first book, Still Loud, Now Clear, releasing March 10, 2026.

This site is where I share the unfiltered moments: the funny ones, the gut-punching ones, and the small victories that don’t always make it to Instagram. I write like I talk — with too many parentheses and probably a music lyric or two.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in the static or like your life’s been playing the wrong track on repeat… you’re not alone. Let’s turn the volume back up — but this time, let’s actually listen.
